Q. Which mode should be used first?

Q. Are there any side effects?
A. In rare cases, Sono-i Mode may cause temporary redness or mild discomfort.
Q. Are there precautions when using i-Booster Mode?
A. Even at low frequencies, effective drug delivery is possible. For sensitive skin, avoid using high intensity or frequency settings. Limit usage to under 4 minutes. Some users may experience mild ear discomfort, but it does not affect hearing.
Q. I don’t feel any heat during Sono-i Mode. Is the device working properly?
A. Ultrasound waves vibrate faster than what humans can perceive. If the ultrasound gel on the probe is visibly vibrating, the device is functioning correctly. While higher energy settings may produce a slight warming sensation, the absence of heat does not mean the treatment is ineffective.
